To make sure all department get in line, technical department have all details toquality management on file, all we have to do is follow the instruction, generate test report on department, system work bonding together will ensure quality control stay well in operation.
We believe cable knowledge always be the key to help our employee succeed in everyday role, technical department gives training course on plan, help everyone have better understanding of materials and compliance requirements
Test department have the whole device to generate precise lab result. Only good would be received in warehouse, otherwise we deal with it like contract policy called.
Every process guarded by someone all the time, usually powered by head of technical department, test department give assistant help, make sure everything under control.
Our test department have 5 lab rooms to run the whole test, all raw material, semi-finished products, fully done pieces would go over sampling inspection, and file it. Standard will see client needs, only qualified pieces shot out.
All lab device maintenance go over every two weeks, test department take the responsibility to make sure data on report always right.
Since lab test gives bad news, all defective product will be spotted, technical department have meeting and verified the problem till there is nothing wrong with it, then they approve it.
All files secured in document room, refer to handling, storage, packaging, protection, and delivery, etc. Any parts gives quality problem, we have tracking system to spot where and how it comes.
Copper Wire Rod: Oxygen-free copper rod, given by round clean smooth surface, no any burrs,crack, visible mechanical damage and oxidation discoloration. Diameter error and Volume resistivity at 20 ℃ can be acceptable.
Aluminum Rod: L4/L9 Aluminum rod, given by round clean smooth surface, no any burrs,crack, greasy dirt and visible mechanical damage. Diameter error and Volume resistivity at 20 ℃ can be acceptable.
XLPE Granule and PVC(normal or flame-retardant) For Sheath and Insulation:Clear visual gives even color granule with no impurities. Tensile strength, elongation at break, and volume resistivity all meet standards.
Armored Tape:Steel tape/steel wire, Thickness and wideness error must be reasonable, gives clean smooth non-defective surface.
Jacket:Gives even black color granule, no powder left, shape like one piece. Tensile strength and elongation at break must be acceptable.
Conductor Test

Insulation and sheath Test
Thickness measurement by lab device.
Crosslinking Reaction Test
Lab result by thermal elongation test device.
Filler and bedding layer
Do visually test, must be in position evenly with no visible damage.
Screen Test
Visually check and measurement by micrometer, conductor resistance test by lab device.
Armored Tape Test
Visually check and measurement by micrometer, situation evaluation about armored around bedding layer and filler.
Outside Insulation Layer Test
Spark tester by lab, result must be acceptable.
Conductor Test: Diameter measurement by micrometer, and conductor resistance test by lab device.
Insulation Test: Thickness error less than 0.1mm. cross section visually gives an uniform and flat cut with even color. Eccentricity of insulation must be acceptable.
Armored Tape and Non-metal layer Test: Thickness measurement by micrometer, Error rate must be acceptable
Electrical Laboratory Test: 4 hours voltage test, conductor resistance test and Partial Discharge Test.
Combustion Laboratory Test: Thermal elongation test, and test for flame retardancy and smoke.
