Tianhuan Cable: Won the 9th Xingtai Municipal Government Quality Award

Recently, Tianhuan Cable Group Co., Ltd. won a bid worth 593 million yuan from the State Grid Corporation of China, ranking among the top 10 companies in Hebei Province in terms of bid amount within the same industry. "The bidding standards of the State Grid Corporation of China are regarded as the highest threshold in the industry. We have been continuously winning bids for more than 20 years and have become a stable supplier to the State Grid system. This  is due to our company's quality control over every meter of cable," said Pan Mingdong, chairman of Tianhuan Cable.

Tianhuan Cable is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of medium and low voltage wire and cable. Its products are sold well in all 31 provinces across the country. For several consecutive years, it has been ranked among the "Top 100 Cable Enterprises in China" and has won the Ninth Xingtai Municipal Government Quality Award for its excellent product quality management.

"For enterprises to deeply cultivate quality, they must first have a scientific management system," said Pan Mingdong. They have established a "dual-high and dual-effect" quality-driven management model, which focuses on high reliability, high safety, high efficiency, and high benefit, with quality as the core driving force. Based on this, they have constructed an efficient operation system featuring "top-level coordination, departmental collaboration, and front-line implementation", precisely adapting to the specialized production characteristics of the cable industry and laying a solid institutional foundation for product quality.

In the production workshop, several automated production lines are intensively working on the new type of halogen-free flame-retardant and environmentally friendly cables. "Traditional cables have deficiencies in flame retardant, fire resistance, and thermal insulation properties, making it difficult to meet the demands of high-end markets," said Liu Juansheng, director of the enterprise technology center. Relying on the departmental collaboration mechanism under the model, the R&D, production, and quality control departments have made concerted efforts to significantly improve the flame retardant properties of cables, and have controlled the performance fluctuation of cables from 20% to within 5%, while reducing the material consumption rate from 8% to 3%. This has achieved multiple breakthroughs in safety performance, environmental benefits, and production efficiency.

To continuously promote quality upgrades, the company has also established a professional R&D team and deepened cooperation with research institutions such as Hebei University of Science and Technology, building a closed-loop innovation system of "talent-technology-product". The high-temperature insulation medium-voltage power cable has solved the problem of existing ceramic insulation materials being fragile and having a short service life; the waterproof aluminum alloy cable combines waterproofness and conductivity... A series of breakthrough products have been launched successively, continuously upgrading product quality with iterative technological strength.
